The purpose of this article is to analyze and explore the treatment of cervical cancer patients with high-risk HPV infection secondary VAIN treatment. Methods 197 cases of cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2015 were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of secondary VAIN after high-risk infection and the corresponding treatment measures were applied to the patients After treatment, the effect was analyzed. Results After systematic treatment, patients with positive HPV preoperative negative in 16 patients, HPV patients within 2 years after cervical cancer clearance rate as high as 79.5%; cervical cytology results TCT abnormalities in 16 cases, The HPV infection time is longer, the TCT results prone to abnormalities, including 2 years after the patient TCT abnormal ratio was 74.2%. VAIN patients with the onset time and incidence of cervical cancer high-risk type of infection in patients with HVP was secondary to VAIN was 14 cases, the incidence was 7.1%, the onset time for patients with cervical cancer after 37 months, of which 3 cases in the cervix Within 2 years after surgery, 11 cases occurred within 2 years after the operation of cervical cancer. Of the 14 patients with VIAN, 1 received high-risk HPV-positive patients, 2 received TCT abnormalities, and all patients underwent colposcopy biopsy after treatment. Conclusion The clearance rate of patients with cervical cancer began to increase with time, and many patients were gradually cleared within 2 years after cervical cancer. The longer duration of infection of cervical cancer patients with high-risk type of HVP gradually increased the incidence of cervical cancer ; VAIN patients can be treated by physical, medical or surgical protocols, resulting in significant therapeutic effects.
