改水降氟对小学生骨龄发育的影响

目的研究氟中毒病区青少年在长期改饮低氟水后的骨骼发育的恢复情况。方法用横断面调查 方法选取已经改水23年的原地方性氟中毒重病区为研究点,并设未改水重病区为病区对照,非病区为正常对照 的8~13岁小学生,用李果珍法观察骨龄状况,以Dean法判定氟斑牙程度、结果改水成功的原地方性氟中毒重 病区的青少年饮用低氟水后,影响其体格发育的重要指标骨龄延迟率有明显的下降,已经接近非病区的水平。结 论改饮低氟水将使地方性氟中毒病区青少年骨龄延迟的情况得到明显的好转。 Objective To study the recovery of skeletal development of adolescents with fluorosis poisoning after prolonged drinking of low fluoride water. Methods The cross-sectional investigation was used to select the endemic fluorosis areas that have been changed water for 23 years as the research points. Conclusion Changing drinking low fluoride water will make the situation of delayed bone age of adolescents in endemic fluorosis area significantly improved.
