目的:利用计算机辅助设计与制造(computer aided design/manufacturing,CAD/CAM)技术对融合牙进行固定桥修复,并观察其临床效果。方法:利用锥形束计算机断层扫描(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)评估融合牙的牙髓形态和缺牙区的骨量,并制定相应的治疗方案。41、42、43行完善根管治疗,并对42与43融合牙分冠后,采用CAD/CAM技术行41-44固定桥修复。按照改良的美国公共卫生署(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)标准对修复体进行临床疗效评价。结果:修复6个月后,修复体边缘密合,邻接和咬合关系良好,患者对修复体的颜色和形态满意。复诊时修复体无折裂、松动、脱落,基牙无疼痛、松动等现象。结论:利用CAD/CAM固定桥修融合牙的复杂病例,能获得良好的临床效果。
Objective: To use the computer aided design and manufacture (CAD / CAM) technique to repair the fixed teeth of fused teeth and to observe its clinical effect. Methods: Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) was used to assess the shape of the dental pulp and the amount of bone in the edentulous area, and to develop the corresponding treatment plan. 41,42,43 line perfect root canal therapy, and 42 and 43 fused tooth crown, the use of CAD / CAM technology 41-44 fixed bridge repair. The prosthesis was evaluated for clinical efficacy according to the revised United States Public Health Service (USPHS) criteria. Results: After 6 months of repair, the edges of the prosthesis were close and the relationship between adjacent and occlusal was good. The patients were satisfied with the color and shape of the prosthesis. Referral repair body no fracture, loose, fall off, the abutment no pain, loose and so on. Conclusion: The use of CAD / CAM fixed bridge repair complex cases of teeth, get good clinical results.
