对于现代学徒制而言,其实际上是现代学校教育和传统学徒培训相结合的一种人才培养新模式,其核心在于校企合作。为了确保高职院校能够更好的贯彻落实现代学徒制,本文首先对“承包式”现代学徒制人才培养教学评价机制建设原则进行了简述,之后分别从评价主体、评价内容、评价方式和评价结果等方面重点论述了基于工作过程的人才培养教学评价机制的建设路径。
