本文报告正常人末稍血中的 T 淋巴细胞,用 PHA 孵育前后β—葡萄糖醛酸酶,α—萘酚醋酸脂酶及 PAS 阳性物质存在的研究。经 PHA 孵育后,含有β—葡萄糖醛酸酶,α—萘酚醋酸脂酶和α—萘酚丁酸脂酶的 T 淋巴细胞的数量减少(P<0.005)。而酸性磷酸酶阳性的 T 淋巴细胞的数量变化没有意义。激活的 T 淋巴细胞的 PAS 阳性物质显著地增加(P<0.005)。这些材料提出,休止的 T 细胞与激活的 T 淋巴细胞,在细胞化学方面有显著差异。
This article reports the normal human peripheral blood T lymphocytes PHA incubation before and after the β-glucuronidase, α-naphthol acetate lipase and PAS-positive substances in the study. After PHA incubation, the number of T lymphocytes containing β-glucuronidase, α-naphthol acetate and α-naphthol butyrate lipase decreased (P <0.005). The number of acid phosphatase-positive T lymphocytes is meaningless. PAS positive substances of activated T lymphocytes were significantly increased (P <0.005). These materials suggest that resting T cells and activated T lymphocytes are significantly different in cytochemistry.
