目的掌握长春龙嘉机场口岸蚊类种群构成、密度、季节消长及常见病原体携带情况,制定有效的蚊类防治措施。方法在2014年5月—10月期间,采用CO_2诱蚊灯法,分类鉴定后用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)进行黄病毒属检测。结果共捕获成蚊573只,经分类鉴定隶属于3属3种,以淡色库蚊为优势种。7月下旬为蚊密度高峰。对518只成蚊进行黄病毒属病原体检测,结果全部为阴性。结论应在蚊密度高峰期有针对性地开展灭蚊工作,防止成蚊对人类生活的骚扰及蚊媒传染病的传入传出。
Objective To understand the population structure, density, seasonal fluctuation and common pathogenicity of mosquitoes at Longjia airport in Changchun, and to develop effective measures for mosquito control. Methods From May to October 2014, CO_2 mosquito lamp method was used to detect flavivirus by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results A total of 573 adult mosquitoes were captured and classified into 3 genera and 3 species, and Culex pipiens pallens were dominant species. The mosquito density peak in late July. 518 adult mosquitoes were tested for flavivirus pathogens, all of which were negative. Conclusions Mosquito control should be carried out in a targeted manner during the peak period of mosquito density to prevent the mosquito-borne infectious diseases from being transmitted and transmitted by adult mosquitoes.
