采用改进的阿基米德方法对Sb熔体和Bi熔体的密度值进行了测定分析.试验结果表明,Sb熔体的密度值随温度的升高呈线性降低趋势,而Bi熔体的密度值随着温度的升高先升高,后下降,在高出熔点约39℃(310℃左右)时其密度出现最大值9.9895g/cm3,在高于310℃以后的温度区域,熔体密度与温度的关系可以用公式ρ=10.3312-1.18×10-3T来表示.从熔体结构变化的角度,对试验结果进行了分析讨论.
The modified Archimedes’ method was used to determine the density of Sb melt and Bi melt.The experimental results show that the density of Sb melt decreases linearly with increasing temperature, while the density of Bi melt The value increased with the increase of temperature first, and then decreased. The maximum density was 9.9895g / cm3 when the temperature was about 39 ℃ (about 310 ℃). When the temperature was higher than 310 ℃, Can be expressed by the formula ρ = 10.3312-1.18 × 10-3T.The experimental results are analyzed and discussed from the perspective of melt structure change.
