目的通过病例对照研究,探讨人类端粒酶逆转录酶rs2736100位点基因多态性与冠心病的相关性。方法比较实验组和对照组间rs2736100位点等位基因频率,通过Logistic回归分析rs2736100位点基因多态性与冠心病的相关性。结果实验组与对照组间等位基因频率存在显著性差异(χ~2=7.235,P=0.027<0.05),Logistic回归结果显示rs2736100位点基因多态性与冠心病间的OR值达到1.695。结论 5p15.33区域rs2736100位点的多态性变化可能是冠心病发生的一个新的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between human telomerase reverse transcriptase rs2736100 gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease (CHD) by case control study. Methods The frequency of rs2736100 allele was compared between the experimental group and the control group. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the association between rs2736100 polymorphism and coronary heart disease. Results There was a significant difference in allele frequency between the experimental group and the control group (χ ~ 2 = 7.235, P = 0.027 <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the rs2736100 gene polymorphism was associated with coronary heart disease with an OR of 1.695. Conclusion The polymorphism of rs2736100 in 5p15.33 region may be a new independent risk factor for coronary heart disease.
