建筑工程质量管理是一个系统工程,设计点多面广,也是一个极其复杂管理的过程。它涉及规划、设计、施工、监理到工程竣工等诸多环节。可以说质量管理是建筑工程管理的核心,也是建筑企业生存和发展的核心竞争力之一。本文结合作者自身工作实际经验,就工程质量管理体系建设提出初步设想。 Construction quality management is a systematic project, design a wide range of points, but also an extremely complex management process. It involves planning, design, construction, supervision and project completion and many other aspects. It can be said that quality management is the core of construction management, but also the survival and development of construction enterprises, one of the core competitiveness. Based on the author ’s own practical experience, this article puts forward the tentative plan for the construction of engineering quality management system.
