农村文化遗产保护是农村文化建设的重要内容。促进该项事业的创新和发展,是科学发展和建设新农村的必然要求,也是促进农村经济发展和社会进步,实现农村物质文明、政治文明和精神文明协调发展的重要手段。改革开放以来,中央政府高度重视文化遗产保护,构建了政策保护体系,为当代新农村文化保护奠定了良好的基础。2005年始,农村文化遗产保护进入高潮,但随着新农村建设的推进,出现了文化生态恶化、文化传承断档、文物流失、民族民间文化遗产消失加快等问题,因此,加强农村文化遗产保护刻不容缓。主要应从完善政策法律体系入手,以科学保护为手段,探索建设与保护的良性互动模式,保住中华文明的根,为维护世界文化的多样性做出我们的贡献。
The protection of rural cultural heritage is an important part of rural cultural construction. To promote the innovation and development of this undertaking is an inevitable requirement for the scientific development and building a new socialist countryside. It is also an important means of promoting the rural economic development and social progress and realizing the coordinated development of rural material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization. Since the reform and opening up, the central government has attached great importance to the protection of cultural heritage and established a policy protection system, laying a good foundation for the protection of contemporary new rural cultures. Since the beginning of 2005, the protection of rural cultural heritage has come to a climax. However, with the advancing of new rural construction, there have been such problems as the deterioration of cultural ecology, the interruption of cultural heritage, the loss of cultural relics and the acceleration of the loss of national folk cultural heritage. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the protection of rural cultural heritage. We should start with perfecting the policy and legal system, use scientific protection as a means to explore a benign interaction between construction and protection, preserve the roots of the Chinese civilization and make our contribution to preserving the diversity of the world’s cultures.
