目的:研究川麦冬多糖对受恒定磁场辐射的防护作用。方法:给由磁场辐射引起免疫力低下的小鼠灌胃不同剂量的川麦冬多糖,检测小鼠白细胞及免疫器官变化。结果:川麦冬多糖能明显增加小鼠白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白及血小板数;增大胸腺重量,而抑制肝、脾的增大。结论:该药具有增加小鼠在磁场环境下的免疫功能。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Radix Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides on the irradiation of a constant magnetic field. Methods: Different doses of Radix Ophiopogonis polysaccharides were administered to mice with low immunity induced by magnetic field radiation to detect the changes of white blood cells and immune organs in mice. Results: Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide can significantly increase the number of white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets in mice, increase the weight of thymus, and inhibit the increase of liver and spleen. Conclusion: The drug has increased immune function in mice under magnetic field conditions.
