择业期间的过度焦虑会对中职毕业生的身心健康和择业产生一定的负面影响。因而,中职学校及心理教育工作者必须对此给予足够的关注,并提供心理辅导和帮助。本研究的结论说明在中职学校进行择业辅导和咨询,并能根据研究结果提出一些建设性意见,找出有效措施,以缓解中职学生面临毕业时的择业焦虑,这对于中职学校更好地开展心理健康教育、毕业生的就业指导、择业心理教育等具有一定的指导意义。
Excessive anxiety during career will have a negative impact on physical and mental health and career choice of secondary vocational school graduates. Therefore, secondary vocational schools and psychological education workers must give enough attention to this and provide psychological counseling and help. The conclusion of this study shows that career counseling and counseling can be conducted in secondary vocational schools and some constructive suggestions can be put forward according to the research results so as to find out effective measures to alleviate secondary vocational students’ career anxiety when they graduate, which is better for secondary vocational schools To carry out mental health education, employment guidance for graduates, career psychology education has some guiding significance.
