浅议“车险条款费率市场化”

“高保低赔”、“无责不赔”、“理赔难”、“霸王条款”……这诸多问题,多年来一直是困扰保险业获得社会广泛认可的重大障碍,此次,更是将车险条款费率市场化抛向了风口浪尖。2011年下半年,保监会下发的《关于加强机动车辆商业保险条款费率管理的通知(征求意见稿)》基本完成了意见征集,终稿将在2012年正式实施。2012年3月8日,保监会下发《关于加强机动车辆商业保险条款费率管理的通知》,商业车险条款费率市场化改革正式启动。今后,中国保险行业协会将至少每两年测算一次商业车险行业参考纯损失率,保险公司可以参考和使用协会示范条款和行业参考纯损失率拟订车险条款费率,满足“拥有30万辆以上机动车辆商业保险承保数据”等条件的公司还可以自行开发商业车险费率。一场轰轰烈烈、却不知道能够将中国的保险业带向何方的“车险革命”开始了。 Many of the problems that have plagued the insurance industry for many years have been widely recognized as a major obstacle to the insurance industry This time, it is the auto insurance market rate of tariffs thrown to the cusp.
