越野跑训练之我见

越野跑是耐力训练时经常会采用的一种训练方法。越野跑能较好地提高学生的耐力素质,增大学生的肺活量和心肺功能。下面结合自己在平时训练中的体会,谈几点做法。一、要注意在训练过程中加强学生吃苦耐劳品质的培养练过长跑或带过长跑队的人都有这样的体会:长跑在各种运动项目中 Trail running is a training method often used in endurance training.
