自东航返航事件发生以来,众多媒体对其返航的真正原因进行调查和报道。虽然东航已经给出了相关的处罚决定,但此次事件的处理结果以及飞行员罢工的背后,还有更多东西值得我们深思:劳资冲突、包头空难事件、巨额索赔、频繁的飞行员罢工……我们需要反思,这样的情况为什么会屡次在东方航空身上发生?而这些局部的事件背后,折射出了中国民航业体制上存在的弊端。
Since the return of China Eastern Airlines, many media have investigated and reported the true reasons for their return flights. Although China Eastern has given the relevant penalty decision, there are many more things to consider behind the outcome of this incident and the pilots’ strike: labor conflicts, Baotou air strikes, huge claims, frequent pilot strikes ... We Need to reflect on why this situation has repeatedly occurred in the body of Eastern Airlines? Behind these local events, reflects the drawbacks of China’s civil aviation industry system.
