VM型氦气制冷机是依靠外界输入热量来制冷的微型制冷设备。处于高温(600—700℃)氦气中工作的热腔自润滑导向环是该机的关键部件。本文介绍了高温导向环材料的研究及其装机试验结果。结果表明,所研制的Ta(MoReNi)—MoS_2自润滑复合材料,具有优异的物理一机械、摩擦磨损性能和良好的机加工性能.用该材料制成的导向环可完全满足VM型制冷机的各项技术要求。经整机运行500小时停机检测,导向环径向平均摩损率为2.1×10~(-5)mm/h,预计其使用寿命可达5000小时以上。
VM-type helium refrigerator is a micro-refrigeration equipment that relies on external input heat to cool.
