针对飞机结构数字化逆向设计流程的缺失性,以及现有逆向工程方法的不适用性,本文结合飞机结构典型的装配设计理念与传力受力特性,提出了一套涵括外形测量、结构分析、CAD建模与装配等多个方面的新型飞机数字化结构逆向设计流程,并在外形测量中提出了选取测量机翼剖面的关键数据,比对现有翼型进行匹配的方案,在结构分析中通过外部铆钉位置确定结构内部承力件。依照该流程完成了TB200飞机整机结构的数字化逆向设计,充分证明了该逆向设计流程切实可行。
In view of the flaw of digital reverse design flow of aircraft structure and the unavailability of the existing reverse engineering method, this paper presents a set of concepts including shape measurement, structural analysis, CAD modeling and assembly, and many other aspects of the new aircraft digital structure reverse design flow and in the measurement of the shape of the proposed selection of the key sections of the wing profile than the existing airfoil to match the program in the structural analysis by External rivets position to determine the structure of the internal load-bearing components. According to this process, the digital reverse design of the whole structure of TB200 aircraft was completed, which proves that the reverse design flow is feasible.
