目的观察按健脾益肾活血化瘀法组方的中药复方对糖尿病大鼠肾脏结构和功能的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)按53 mg/kg剂量腹腔一次性注射建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为中药组(中药复方)、西药组(瑞泰)、模型组和正常组。观察血糖、肾重/体重、肌酐、尿素氮、尿微量白蛋白等生化指标及糖尿病大鼠肾脏结构的改变。结果各治疗组与模型组比较肾脏结构和功能的损害程度均有明显降低(P<0.01),且中药组优于西药组(P<0.01)。结论中药复方可降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、尿微量白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮等的水平,具有防治早期糖尿病肾病的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Chinese herbal compound recipes for strengthening spleen and benefiting kidney and promoting blood circulation and dissolving blood stasis on the structure and function of kidney in diabetic rats, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods A rat model of diabetic nephropathy was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) at a dose of 53 mg/kg. The model was randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (TCM compound), western medicine group (Ruitai) and model group. And normal group. Observe biochemical indexes such as blood glucose, kidney weight/body weight, creatinine, urea nitrogen, urinary microalbumin, and changes in kidney structure of diabetic rats. Results The damage degree of renal structure and function was significantly decreased in each treatment group compared with the model group (P<0.01), and the Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group (P<0.01). Conclusion Chinese herbal compound can reduce the levels of blood glucose, urinary microalbumin, creatinine, urea nitrogen, etc. in diabetic rats, and it can prevent and treat early diabetic nephropathy.
