以食品饮料行业70家企业为例,通过对政治关联和企业社会责任及其各维度社会责任的相关性进行实证检验,研究发现,拥有政治关联的企业有更好的社会责任表现,并且政治关联程度越强,企业社会责任表现越好。政治关联对企业各维度社会责任的影响略有差异,政治关联对公共责任的影响尚待确定;对于其他维度的社会责任来说,政治关联企业比非政治关联企业在股东责任、债权人责任、雇员责任和政府责任方面的表现更好,而且政治关联程度越密切,相应维度的社会责任履行得越好。最后根据研究结论,提出未来可能的研究方向。
Taking 70 enterprises in the food and beverage industry as an example, this study empirically tests the correlation between the political connections and corporate social responsibility and their social responsibilities in various dimensions. The results show that enterprises with political connections have better social responsibility performance and political connections The stronger the degree, the better the corporate social responsibility performance. The influence of political connection on corporate social responsibility in each dimension is slightly different. The influence of political association on public responsibility is yet to be determined. For other dimensions of social responsibility, political affiliates have more influence on non-political affiliates than shareholders, creditors, Responsibility and government responsibility performed better, and the closer the degree of political connection, the corresponding dimension of social responsibility to perform better. According to the conclusion of the research, the author puts forward some possible research directions in the future.
