以K2SO4为原料,采用挤压成囊法制备烤烟缓释肥微胶囊粒子。结果表明,挤压成囊法制备的K2SO4微胶囊粒子粒径可控,具有不典型球形特征,流动性较好,囊壁致密,缓释性能较好,符合烤烟缓释肥料制备标准,工艺流程简单,有效成囊率较高(大于90%),囊芯有效成分含量高(大于95%)。
Using K2SO4 as raw material, microcapsule granules of slow release fertilizer of tobacco were prepared by extrusion into capsule method. The results showed that the particle size of K2SO4 microcapsules prepared by extrusion capsule method was controllable, with typical spherical features, good fluidity, compact wall, good slow release performance, in line with the preparation standard of slow-release fertilizer for flue-cured tobacco, the technological process Simple, effective encapsulation rate higher (greater than 90%), capsule core active ingredient content (greater than 95%).
