采用本组自行改进的NBT(氮蓝四唑)光照法对PH=7.8的磷酸盐缓冲夜体系中一水合甘氨酰甘氨酸铜Cu(Gly-Gly)·Ho催化超氧阴离子自由基O·_(2)~(-)歧化反应进行了研究,求得不同温度下的催化反应速率常数Kcat、反应级数n、活化能Ea及指前因子A。同时,研究结果进一步表明:经我们改进后的光照法,在测量精度方面确有很大改观,并可进行不同温度下的测定,显示出其独特的优越性。
