Dexamethasone (DEX) induced thymocyte apoptosis in more research, but mostly in vitro experiments. In vivo experiments on the dynamic changes of DEX induced apoptosis in the thymus of young rats have not been reported so far. To this end, the study using TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) technology combined with thymus weight
