在高原缺氧的刺激下,长期居住在青藏高原的人群在机体缺氧适应过程中常发生相应的病理生理变化。如果适应不全,可能会发生一系列与低压性缺氧相关的疾病,包括高原性心脏病、高原红细胞增多症及血压异常等,但目前与高原适应良好和适应不全相关的机制仍不清楚。在此,本文综述与高原慢性低压性缺氧相关机制的研究进展,以便更深入地了解高原慢性缺氧相关性疾病发生的病理生理机制,为更有效地预防和治疗奠定基础。
In the plateau hypoxia stimulation, long-term living in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the body often adapt to the process of hypoxia corresponding pathophysiological changes. A series of diseases associated with hypobaric hypoxia may occur if maladaptation, including cardiopulmonary heart disease, high altitude polycythemia and abnormalities in blood pressure. However, the mechanisms that are currently associated with high altitude adaptation and maladaptation remain unclear. Herein, we reviewed the research progress on the mechanism of chronic hypobaric hypoxia in the plateau in order to better understand the pathophysiological mechanism of chronic hypoxia-related diseases in the plateau and lay a foundation for more effective prevention and treatment.
