调查发现,目前,北京市中等职业学校校本教研制度建立,但激励机制缺乏;教师对校本教研观念上认同,但行动上滞后;教师理论水平及教研能力有待提高;校本教研路径丰富,但效果有待加强;教师对校本教研的认识到位,但实践上有偏差;教研形式单一,缺乏实效性。剖析这些问题产生的深层原因,发现政策落实不到位增加了开展校本教研的难度,激励机制不健全影响了教师参与校本教研的积极性,校企合作缺乏深度与广度制约了校本教研的发展,校际交流与国际交流不足限制了校本教研水平的提升,对职业教育特殊性的认识偏颇影响了中职校本教研特色的形成。

Analysis of the underlying causes of these problems and found that the lack of implementation of the policy increased the difficulty of carrying out school-based teaching and research, the incentive mechanism does not affect the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in school-based teaching and research, the lack of depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation has constrained the development of school-based teaching and research, The lack of communication and international exchange has limited the promotion of school-based teaching and research. The understanding of the particularity of vocational education has affected the formation of school-based teaching and research features in secondary vocational schools.
