目的:探讨龙牙(木忽)木叶总皂甙抗肿瘤作用机理。方法:采用ELISA法对荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2含量检测;用流式细胞术对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡进行测定。结果:龙牙(木忽)木叶总皂甙诱导荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2含量明显增高(P<0.05);流式细胞仪检测龙牙(木忽)木叶总皂甙对肿瘤细胞周期无明显改变(P>0.05),细胞凋亡率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论;提示龙牙(木忽)木叶总皂甙能诱导荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2含量增高,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡而达到抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor mechanism of total saponins of A. arborescens. Methods: Serum IL-2 levels in tumor-bearing mice were detected by ELISA. The apoptosis of tumor-bearing mice was measured by flow cytometry. Results: The content of IL-2 in serum of tumor-bearing mice was significantly increased by Aralia grandis (Muju) and total saponin from Trifoliaceae (P<0.05). The flow cytometer was used to detect the total saponins of Aralia elata (Muju) and the total saponins of Sabina had no effect on the cell cycle. Significant changes (P>0.05), apoptosis rate increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that total saponins of A. arborescens can induce the increase of serum IL-2 level in tumor-bearing mice, induce apoptosis of tumor cells and achieve anti-tumor effect.
