用β-Ca3(PO4)2(β-TCP)陶瓷为药物载体,做体外释放实验。释药过程中,对载体施以超声波辐射,通过改变超声波辐射的强度、时间等因素,研究其影响药物释放的规律,并探讨超声作用机理。
In vitro release experiments were performed using β-Ca3 (PO4) 2 (β-TCP) ceramic as a drug carrier. In the course of drug release, the carrier is irradiated with ultrasonic radiation, and the influence of drug release by changing the intensity and time of ultrasonic radiation is studied. The mechanism of ultrasonic action is also discussed.
