应用事故树分析方法,以驼峰调车作业挤岔为顶事件,根据作业程序调查与事故有关的各种因素,编制了驼峰调车作业“挤岔”事故树,并进行了定性分析,进而提出了采取加强设备整治,建立互控、联控制度,提高作业人员素质等措施,以加强自动化驼峰调车作业挤岔事故的预防与控制。
