建立了一个基于鲁米诺 -H2 O2 -Cr(Ⅲ )反应的流动注射化学发光检测生物样品中铬的系统 .详细探讨了测定生物样品中铬含量的最佳条件及消除铁和钴干扰的问题 ,并成功地用于血清和头发中微量铬的测定 .样品测定的相对标准偏差小于 11% .回收率介于 90 %~ 10 5 %之间 .所得结果与石墨炉原子吸收法基本一致 .
A flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of chromium in biological samples based on the luminol-H2 O2-Cr (Ⅲ) reaction was established.The optimum conditions for determination of chromium in biological samples and the elimination of iron and cobalt interference were discussed in detail , And was successfully used for the determination of trace chromium in serum and hair.The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the samples were less than 11% and the recovery rates were between 90% and 105% .The results were basically consistent with those of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
