目的预测某钾盐综合利用项目职业病危害因素的种类和程度,并分析其关键控制点。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》划分评价单元,采用类比法、检查表法进行分析。结果生产过程中可能存在的主要职业病危害因素有氨、氯化铵、硝酸钾、硝铵、二氧化氮、硝酸、氢氧化钾、氯化氢、噪声、高温、低气压、低温等。类比检测结果:有6.1%的毒物检测点超过职业接触限值,10个接触噪声的岗位中有4个超过职业接触限值。结论该项目存在的职业病危害因素较多,其中主要的是化学毒物、噪声和高温,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。
Objective To predict the types and degree of occupational hazards in a comprehensive utilization of potassium salt and to analyze the key control points. Methods Based on the evaluation criteria of “Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises”, the methods of analogy and checklist were used to analyze. Results The main occupational hazards that may exist in the production process are ammonia, ammonium chloride, potassium nitrate, ammonium nitrate, nitrogen dioxide, nitric acid, potassium hydroxide, hydrogen chloride, noise, high temperature, low pressure and low temperature. Analogous test results: 6.1% of the toxic test points exceeded the occupational exposure limit and 4 out of 10 noise exposure positions exceeded the occupational exposure limit. Conclusion There are more occupational hazards in the project, mainly chemical poison, noise and high temperature. Prevention and control work should be strengthened from the key control sites where occupational hazards occur.
