1 前言蒸压釜的焊接事故在国内外都有报道,因此我国有关部门对蒸压釜的设计和制造都十分重视。这次由劳动部锅炉压力容器检测研究中心进行的枕木蒸制罐的有限元分析和疲劳评定对蒸制罐的设计进行了校核,为蒸压釜的安全监察提供了参考。2 枕木防腐蒸制罐的情况此枕木蒸制罐的设计单位是铁道部建厂工程局勘测设计院。罐盖为快开式结梅,罐盖与罐体法兰各有沿圆周均布的40个牙齿。该罐的技术参数见表1。
