基于近红外光谱技术的多组分毒性气体检测研究

基于近红外波长调制光谱和谐波探测方法,并采用时分复用方案,建立了多组分毒性气体同时检测的实验系统。成功实现了对火灾产物中多组分毒性气体(包括CO,CO2,HCN)浓度的同时检测,并通过对三个通道的基频分量和二次谐波分量进行实时数据处理,计算得到浓度结果。三种毒性气体各组分的满量程体积分数分别为4×10-4,4×10-4,3×10-4,测量结果误差的最大值不超过满量程的0.73%。实验结果表明,该系统进行气体浓度检测具有较好的线性度,并满足检测精度要求。 Based on the near-infrared wavelength modulation spectroscopy and harmonic detection method and the time division multiplexing scheme, a multi-component toxic gas simultaneous detection system was established. The simultaneous detection of the concentration of multi-component toxic gases (including CO, CO2, HCN) in the fire products has been successfully achieved. The concentration results were obtained by real-time data processing of the fundamental frequency components and the second harmonic components of the three channels . The full-scale volume fractions of the three toxic gases are 4 × 10 -4, 4 × 10 -4 and 3 × 10 -4, respectively. The maximum error of the measurement results does not exceed 0.73% of full scale. The experimental results show that the system has good linearity for gas concentration detection and meets the requirements of detection accuracy.
