美国工程兵旋转压实剪切实验机(以下简称GTM)推广应用课题由河北省交通厅一九九九年立项,并由河北省交通科学研究所、石青高速公路有限公司、京沪高速管理处、宣大高速公路管理处联合攻关,进行研究。在室内试验和试验路实践的基础之上,通过近几年的实际工程应用,取得了丰硕的成果。
