上海市通信学会在一九八二年八月十九日至二十一日举行第二次学术年会.这次年会共有二百一十七篇论文参加学术交流.这些论文着重反映了上海地区市内电话,电报、图象、数据通信,卫星通信,移动通信,光纤通信和邮政通信及其传输系统的新理论和新技术,以及其它学科的新技术在通信领域中的应用;同时,也反映了各种通信系统的新设备、新元件、新工艺的技术成果.许多论文作者都是科研生产第一线的科技人员.电话交换组的学术交流,探讨了在结合增加电话容量的同时,迅速提高市内电话接通率,加快发展数字电话网,建设上海地区的综合通信网.
Shanghai Institute of Communications held its second academic annual meeting from August 19 to August 29, 1982.
