伴随着我国教育水平的不断提升,高等教育的教育理念以及教育模式也在发生着变化。高校越来越关注大学生的身体素质状况,健美操教学成为高校教育的一个亮点。健美操教学不仅对大学生的身体素质水平有着一定的提升,而且对于大学生身体自我概念有着一定的影响。自我概念是心理专业的研究课题,是个体自我感知的一种体验。本篇文章通过专业的实验方法对抽取的高校大学生进行实验,将学生分为两组,通过对健美操组以及传统体育组的学生进行实验对比,得出结论。
With the continuous improvement of education level in our country, the educational concept and educational model of higher education are undergoing changes. Colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the physical condition of college students, aerobics teaching has become a bright spot in college education. Aerobics teaching not only improves college students ’physical fitness level, but also influences university students’ body self-concept to a certain extent. Self-concept is a subject of psychological professional research, is an individual perception of an experience. This article through a professional experimental method for college students in the experiment, the students are divided into two groups, through the aerobics group and traditional sports students experimental comparison and draw conclusions.
