在文献评述的基础上,进行了236份样本的抽样问卷调查。结果显示,云南省水稻种子生产标准化进程整体处于刚起步和较为落后的人数占调查总人数的24.58%和15%。水稻生产对种子标准化技术的需求十分迫切,98.73%的受访者认为必须加快水稻种子生产标准化的实施进程。分析认为,云南省水稻种子生产标准化进程较为缓慢,水稻产量长期低于全国平均水平,种子机械加工设备数量不足,部分专用设备和装备尚属空白,影响了商品种子质量的进一步提高。提出了云南省水稻种子生产标准化技术推广应用的关键措施和发展对策即建立种子市场监管和推广应用系统、加速水稻种子生产标准化关键技术研究和推动生物多样性保护3个方面。
Based on the literature review, a sample survey of 236 samples was conducted. The results showed that the standardization process of rice seed production in Yunnan Province was only 24.58% and 15% of the total population surveyed. The demand for standardization of seed technology in rice production is very urgent, 98.73% of respondents think it is necessary to speed up the implementation of standardization of rice seed production. The analysis shows that the standardization process of rice seed production in Yunnan Province is relatively slow. The output of rice is lower than the national average for a long time. The number of seed processing equipment is not enough. Some special equipment and equipment are still blank, which will affect the further improvement of seed quality. Put forward the key measures and development countermeasures of popularizing and applying standardization of rice seed production in Yunnan Province, which is to establish seed market supervision and popularization and application system, accelerate the research of key technologies of rice seed production standardization and promote the protection of biodiversity.
