本文报告40例肺心病伴发冠心病者的向量图表现,并且以单纯肺心病人40例作对照。材料表明,两组在横面T环方位、T环形态及额面最大QRS向量方位及转向等方面均有显著差别。根据本文所见,作者提出横面T环方位>+50°等三项指标,可以作为肺心病伴发冠心病的诊断线索。
This article reports 40 cases of pulmonary heart disease patients with coronary heart disease showed a vector diagram, and 40 patients with simple pulmonary heart disease as a control. Materials show that the two groups in the transverse T ring azimuth, T-ring morphology and frontal maximum QRS vector orientation and steering are significant differences. According to this article, the authors proposed three indicators of T-ring azimuth> + 50 °, which can be used as a diagnostic clues for pulmonary heart disease with coronary heart disease.
