吡咯他尼(piretanide)属于袢利尿剂,与噻嗪类利尿剂有相同的作用,但不引起低血钾、血脂改变和糖耐量异常.本文对合用吡咯他尼和雷米普利(Ramipril)治疗高血压的疗效进行了研究.有20个门诊部参加了此项研究,共观察482例高血压病患者.其中男294例,女188例,年龄21—65岁,舒张压为13.3-15.3kPa(10O-115mmHg).有以下情况之一者不列为研究对象①按纽约心脏协会的标准.心力衰竭超过二级者;②6个月内曾患心肌梗死或中风;③肝、肾功能减退;④血液学障碍;⑤妊娠和不打算避孕者.以上病例共分为12组,每组40例,分别服安慰剂和雷米普利(2.5mg、5mg或10mg)吡咯他尼(3mg或6mg)以及吡咯他尼/雷米普利剂量组合(2.5mg/3mg、2.5mg/6mg、5mg/3mg、10mg/3mg、10mg/6mg),每日早上口服一次.用药前2周均停服其它药物,然后行双盲、随机和
