目的:建立小儿遗尿分散片中α-细辛醚、β-细辛醚的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:HypersilODS C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇:水(60∶40);检测波长:257 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:α-细辛醚在0.051~1.286 mg·ml~(-1)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为101.48%,RSD为1.07%;β-细辛醚在0.187~4.672 mg·ml~(-1)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.65%.RSD为1.31%。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确,可作为小儿遗尿分散片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of α-asarone and β-asarone in children enuresis tablets. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Column: HypersilODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol: water (60:40); detection wavelength: 257 nm; (-1). Results: The linear relationship between the content of α-asarone and the peak area in the range of 0.051-1.286 mg · ml -1 was good, r = 0.9996, the average recovery was 101.48% and the RSD was 1.07% The linear relationship between the concentration of ether and peak area in the range of 0.187 ~ 4.672 mg · ml ~ (-1) was good, r = 0.9999, the average recovery was 99.65% and the RSD was 1.31%. Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for children enuresis dispersible tablets.
