目的:研究罗汉果药材的不同部位提取物清除二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法将罗汉果药材的乙醇萃取物分成石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水四个部位提取物,采用DPPH自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性,并和没食子酸、抗坏血酸进行比较。结果:罗汉果药材的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水三个部位提取物对DPPH的半清除率,即IC_(50)值分别为4.506,2.683,0.499 mg生药/ml。结论:罗汉果药材的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水三个部位提取物均有抗氧化活性。其中水部位的抗氧化能力最强,而石油醚部位无此作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of extracts of different parts of Lo Han Guo on the scavenging of free radical of diphenyl picrylhydrazide (DPPH). Methods: The ethanol extract of Lo Han Guo was separated into four fractions of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water by systemic solvent method. The antioxidant activity of the extract was determined by DPPH free radical system. Compare. Results: The half-elution rates of DPPH from extracts of Lo Han Guo, such as ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water, were 4.506, 2.683 and 0.499 mg / ml, respectively. Conclusion: The extract from Lo Han Guo medicinal materials has the antioxidant activity in three parts of ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water. Water in which the strongest antioxidant capacity, and no such parts of the petroleum ether.
