采用水热一步法在介孔SBA-15载体上负载杂多酸,并进一步负载金属Ru制备具有酸性和加氢性能的双功能催化剂。用BET、XRD、TEM、ICP、NH3-TPD对其结构性质进行表征。考察了反应时间和反应温度对纤维素催化反应的影响。在190℃、16 h,5 MPa H2的条件下,纤维素转化率达到55.2%,山梨醇的收率为36.8%。催化剂的循环使用表明杂多酸在载体上能够稳定存在,不易流失。制备的双功能催化剂具有很好的稳定性和催化活性。
Hydrothermal one-step supported heteropolyacid on mesoporous SBA-15 support, and further supported Ru metal to prepare a bifunctional catalyst with acidity and hydrogenation performance. Their structural properties were characterized by BET, XRD, TEM, ICP and NH3-TPD. The effects of reaction time and reaction temperature on the catalytic reaction of cellulose were investigated. Under the conditions of 190 ℃, 16 h and 5 MPa H2, the conversion of cellulose reached 55.2% and the yield of sorbitol was 36.8%. Recycling of the catalyst indicates that the heteropolyacid can be stably present on the carrier and is not easily lost. The prepared bifunctional catalyst has good stability and catalytic activity.
