钻杆是电液桩机工作装置的重要组成部分,钻杆不直会带来一系列的问题,如磨损随动架和护罩,掰断固定保持架,磨损注浆接头的芯管导致漏浆等。建立钻杆模型,并依据实际工作情况对其施加载荷和约束,分析出钻杆在绝对直线的情况下钻进时相对中心线的偏移,从而对实际加工需要满足的直线度提出要求。最后给出一套钻杆加工工艺。
