液压整体提升技术在现代建筑施工中应用广泛。沈抚新城“生命之环”主体结构主要为混凝土基础和三角形变截面钢管桁架组成的环状结构体系,其最后一段钢拱架采用了整体提升的施工方法。实际提升过程中,由于设备、电气控制等因素,产生了提升不同步的问题,分析其原因,主要为:高重心结构本身特点、设备性能差别造成累积误差等。结合原因提出了应对策略,最终三角形钢拱架顺利提升到位。
Hydraulic overall lifting technology is widely used in modern construction.
