浙江省慈溪县胜北乡黎阳东村陈玉宝,1971年春在屋前0.428亩的自留地上种植了一株“金皇后”葡萄,1976年又种植12株,1978年再次种植7株,现成活18株,棚架面积达0.452亩。1986年收葡萄3219.5公斤,收入3760多元。据测定,平均果穗重357.2克,最大果穗重1425克;平均粒重4.52克,最大粒重6.5克;果粒大小均匀,果德着果紧密。“金皇后”葡萄亩产超万斤的主要栽培技术如下:
