[目的]了解高低年级医学生艾滋病知识的现状、AIDS知识来源及其对AIDS/HIV感染者的态度,探讨有效的干预模式,为开展艾滋病的健康教育提供科学依据。[方法]通过整群抽样用问卷调查方式对2005级在校医学本科生和2008级医学新生进行AIDS相关问题的现况调查,并运用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。[结果]医学本科生对艾滋病知识均有一定认识,高年级学生对回答艾滋病的相关知识的正确率明显高于低年级学生。2005级和2008级学生获取艾滋病相关知识的途径总的差异有统计学意义(χ2=644,P﹤0.001)。高年级学生艾滋病知识主要来源于专业课程、专题讲座以及校园网络;低年级学生主要来源于父母亲戚、报刊杂志和电视广播等媒体。[结论]医学本科生对艾滋病知识有一定认知,但仍需加强医学本科生特别是新生艾滋病知识、态度和行为方面的健康教育。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of HIV / AIDS knowledge, the source of AIDS knowledge and its attitude toward AIDS / HIV infected persons in senior and junior students, and to explore effective intervention models to provide a scientific basis for AIDS health education. [Method] Through questionnaire survey by cluster sampling, the status quo of AIDS-related issues in 2005 undergraduates and 2008 freshmen in medical schools was investigated and statistically analyzed by SPSS11.5 software. [Results] The medical undergraduates knew a certain amount of AIDS knowledge, and the correct rate of AIDS-related knowledge among senior students was significantly higher than that of lower-grade students. There was a statistically significant difference in access to AIDS-related knowledge among students in 2005 and 2008 (χ2 = 644, P <0.001). AIDS knowledge of senior students mainly from professional courses, lectures and campus network; junior students mainly from parents, newspapers and magazines and television and other media. [Conclusions] Medical undergraduates have a certain knowledge of HIV / AIDS knowledge, but there is still a need to strengthen health education on knowledge, attitudes and behavior of HIV / AIDS undergraduates, especially freshmen.
