利他性偏好在经济学领域对“经济人假设”产生了深远的冲击。知识型人才不仅关注自身的利益,也关注他人、社会和国家的利益。核心价值观认同对知识型人才的技术创造力存在着内在的激励作用。以我国知识型团队为样本数据,借助结构方程模型检验了知识型人才核心价值观认同、成功智力和组织竞争力之间的相关性,发现核心价值观认同对知识型团队组织竞争力促进效应的存在性,为我国知识型团队人力资本开发战略与策略的调整,以及为我国人力资源管理学科建设的推进提供了现实性的理论支持。
Altruistic preferences have had a profound impact on the hypothesis of “economic man” in the field of economics. Knowledge-based professionals pay attention not only to their own interests, but also to the interests of others, society and the country. The identification of core values has an inherent incentive effect on the technical creativity of knowledge-based professionals. Using the knowledge-based team in our country as the sample data, this paper examines the correlation between the core values of knowledge-based personnel, the competency of successful intelligence and organizational competitiveness by using the structural equation model and finds the existence of the core value recognition on the organizational competitiveness of knowledge-based teams , Which provides realistic theoretical support for the adjustment of human capital development strategy and strategy of our knowledge-based team as well as the promotion of the discipline construction of human resource management in our country.
