目的:探讨载脂蛋白A5(APOA5)c553G/T基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的相关性以及与血脂的关系。方法:用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析140例缺血性脑卒中患者和129名健康对照者APOA5 c553G/T位点多态性。结果:缺血性脑卒中组和对照组TT纯合子及GT杂合子个体比GG纯合子个体具有高TG、TC和LDL水平和低HDL水平;c553T等位基因对CE(OR=6.269,P=0.016)具有独立的影响。结论:APOA5 c553G/T基因多态性与血浆TG、TC、HDL和LDL具有相关性,APOA5 c553T等位基因可能为缺血性脑卒中的危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between apolipoprotein A5 (APOA5) c553G / T polymorphism and ischemic stroke and its relationship with serum lipids. Methods: Polymorphisms of APOA5 c553G / T locus in 140 ischemic stroke patients and 129 healthy controls were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism. Results: TT homozygotes and GT heterozygotes had higher TG, TC and LDL levels and lower HDL levels than those with homozygous GG homozygotes in ischemic stroke group and control group. CE (OR = 6.269, P = 0.016) has an independent influence. Conclusion: APOA5 c553G / T gene polymorphism is associated with plasma TG, TC, HDL and LDL. APOA5 c553T allele may be a risk factor for ischemic stroke.
