随着城市化进程越来越迅速,城市综合体的建设也雨后春笋般发展起来,它包含了商业、办公、居住、餐饮、文娱等城市生活空间的三项以上进行组合。BMS作为智能建筑中信息化建设的核心内容,在城市综合体中的应用也将越来越广泛。以往把信息化各子系统信息汇总至集成系统,在大数据时代,现在构想是把各综合体间数据集中采集送至中央IBMS平台,再对相应数据进行策略分析形成有用的信息。本文所述平台是集成系统的核心部分,通过在中控室建立集成平台,将保障城市综合体正常运营的各个系统进行集成,在一个房间、一个平台上集中进行监视、控制和管理。 With the process of urbanization becoming more and more rapid, the construction of urban complex has also mushroomed, which includes the combination of three or more urban living space such as commercial, office, residential, catering, entertainment and so on. As the core content of information construction in intelligent building, BMS will be more and more widely used in urban complex. In the past, information subsystem information was aggregated into an integrated system. In the era of big data, the conception now is to collect data collected from all the integrated databases to the central IBMS platform, and then make strategic analysis on the corresponding data to form useful information. The platform described in this paper is the core part of the integrated system. Through integrating the platform in the central control room, the various systems that guarantee the normal operation of the urban complex are integrated and monitored, controlled and managed centrally in one room and one platform.
