本文介绍了用不同方法综合鉴定已种值筛选出来的11个优良草(品)种的抗逆性。用反复干旱及连续干旱法鉴定抗旱性;用电导法鉴定其抗寒、抗热性;用不同浓度的盐土(自然盐土)在室内作发芽及盆栽试验鉴定耐盐性,最后以综合表现评定其抗性或鉴定出具有突出抗性的草(品)种,为进一步开发利用这些优良草(品)种提供了依据.
In this paper, we introduced the resistance of eleven excellent grass species screened by different methods. The drought resistance was identified by repeated drought and continuous drought; the cold resistance and heat resistance were identified by conductivity method; the salt tolerance was identified by germination and pot experiment with different concentrations of saline soil (natural salt), and finally its comprehensive performance was evaluated Resistant or identified with outstanding resistance of the grass (species), for further development and utilization of these excellent grass (species) provide the basis.
