采用薄层扫描法测定直序商陆不同炮制饮片中商陆毒素的含量 ,结果显示清蒸品、醋煮品及醋炙品中商陆毒素的含量仅分别为原药材的 16 .73%、2 1.88%及 4 5.95%。另对直序商陆中是否含有组织胺作了定性检查 ,未发现其存在。
TLC scanning was used to determine the content of Pseudomonas membranaceus in different processed pieces of P. pubescens. The results showed that the P. communis toxin content in steamed products, vinegar cooking products and vinegar and vinegar products was only 16.73% of the original medicinal materials, respectively. 1.88% and 4 5.95%. In addition, qualitative tests were performed on the presence or absence of histamine in the Physalospora terrestris. No existence was found.
