目的探讨机械通气继发通气相关性肺炎(VAP)临床特征。方法回顾我科收治的107例VAP病例进行总结分析。结果机械通气时间与通气相关性肺炎(VAP)有这密切关系,痰培养分离菌种株数及构成比G-杆菌占71.8%。结论机械通气继发通气相关性肺炎(VAP)严格控制有创性严格的无菌操作;早期经验性选择应用广谱、杀菌作用强的抗生素,可使VAP治愈率增加。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) after mechanical ventilation. Methods Review of 107 cases of VAP admitted to our department for summary analysis. Results The duration of mechanical ventilation was closely related to VAP. The number of sputum culture strains and the proportion of G - bacteria accounted for 71.8%. Conclusions Venous-associated pneumonia (VAP) with mechanical ventilation strictly controls the invasive and strict aseptic operation. The early empirical choice of broad-spectrum and bactericidal antibiotics can increase the cure rate of VAP.
